YOU’RE KILLING ME BALLS!

Tensions were high as the YKMB/Pink Street Hustlers took the field against the Undefeated and Golden-less Truffle Shuffle. The balls came out swinging in the first inning, scoring 4 runs.

And were swiftly returned 4 runs by the truffles. The crowd of at least 7, but in no event more than 15, looked on as the Balls dug from deepest recesses of their Bud Light case for kicking inspiration. They held the truffles to no more runs and tacked on 3 more to the scoreboard (aka peeps mark's legal pad). And the gods look upon the Balls and their WIN, and its was good. As for their rumble against pretty boy Floyd, all that mattered was that the beer finally arrived.

In other news, we lost both games.

TRUFFLE SHUFFLE

The Boys in Blue resembled an ER trauma ward during Week 5, with three of their eight handsome gentlemen sitting out with an injury. Tory hurt his ankle while tickle-fighting a local high school girls’ soccer team, Golden dislocated his shoulder saving a baby from a burning building and Rob suffered from internal bleeding as a result of overdosing on estrogen pills. You’re Killing Me Balls took advantage and delivered a solid whipping. It could have been much worse without the stellar defensive play of Kelly “Black Hole” Reese, who caught an estimated 87 line drives and made 9 outs at 2B in one inning alone. With Golden and Rob remaining on IR for at least another week and Tory listed as Questionable, the long-anticipated showdown with The Peep Show will be a challenge.

COMING FROM BEHIND

CFB played against pretty boy Floyd. Damn good game! What a week in standings shakeups!! Wow! However we play kickball for the fun of it, with friends and new faces. And to geeeeetttttt drunk. That's the unnecessary sexiness.
