FLIPADELPHIA!
Pretty boy Floyd game was cool, player of the game award is
split between John Young at pitcher and Mackie Marquez, for a fantastic
catch at short stop.
Peep Show MVP award goes to the entire team of Peep Show,
who apparently did not register in time to form a MLS team, so played
kickball instead. Definitely a cool team, who stopped trying for
strategy after the first inning when they were up 183 to -5.
TRUFFLE SHUFFLE
Our hats go off to the Disco Ninjas, who gave us our closest game yet. The road gets tougher from here with a few straight weeks against veteran teams, and we'll have to shuffle our way past them without Golden and possibly Rob. Everyone laugh at them for getting injured in a charity kickball tournament. As always, the Week 4 MVP award goes to The Warhawk.

Everyone had an off day kickin', but at least EVERYONE showed up for flippin'!
GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL
Out of the sewers and into the hearts of may ballers out there, the TEENAGE MUNTANT NINJA TURTLE kickballers came to the field with a little extra HARDSHELL to battle the GOTZ TACOS aka Your Killing Me Balls! With so many familiar faces on the opposing team it was tough to play such great defense and capped the win with a strike out in the bottom of the 6th inning provided by Dana "Ballnadao" Donato. TOUGHEST HARDSHELL award goes to Mike "Stop Looking at my Package" Tsang who had the hardest collision of the season running to 1st base. Thankfully and surprisingly no injuries incurred. Even better not a single error was made by the entire team.
THE PEEP SHOW
The Peeps had two strong victories on their double header night. The first game Started off strong and didn't end. The peeps left the bunting on the beach and went for a full blown kickoff! The second game started off much the same if not a little more shakey given liquid intake and a few jello shots. A beer in hand rule was enacted and enforced by the captain late in the game which resulted in the Peeps giving up 10 runs. Overall the Peeps had a great night!

In
our epic battle against Flipidelphia, PBF was not victorious... We were
all tied up at the bottom of the 5th but went an extra inning and came
out down, 6-9. But we shall rise to fight again another day! We did have
an amazing finger pop fly catch by the lovely Rhiannon and an awe
inspiring home run by the studly Bill! We were also graced by the
presence of the incomparable Power Puff Girls on Wedndesay's game,
although Buttercup did have a tragic fall trying to tag up on second,
their ferocious anime power struck fear into the hearts of our foes!
